- Coordinate the College’s Professional Crafts Clay, Sculpture, and Wood Curriculum Programs and Continuing Education and Visiting Artist Workshops
- Teach wheel-throwing, hand-building, sculpture, glaze testing, mold making, 20th Century Crafts History, Art History I, Art Appreciation, and Foundations
- Identity student learning opportunities and collaborate with community organizations and local branches of government through exhibitions and grants such as: Historic Preservation Grant, North Carolina Grassroots Grant, Blue Ridge Heritage Grant
- Advise students and adjunct faculty, maintain a budget
